The future of telecom is event-driven

Wavelo is on a mission to simplify telecommunications software worldwide by transforming legacy systems with event-driven architecture. We empower our partners to better serve their customers, ultimately creating happier end users.

Our mission

Principles that guide us

These principles are at the core of how we act, think and operate

Operating principles

Build in the open

Write first, share broadly. We use information as a bridge, not a moat. Software that we can touch and feel, even at its earliest stages

Assume positive intent

As a remote-first company, it’s important that we assume everyone is coming to the table with a full heart and an open mind

Tech forward

Connectivity is a right, not a privilege. Our job is to enable more humans to be connected. Modern, flexible, and with more choice

Be curious

At Wavelo, we are committed to continuous learning, growth, and pushing the boundaries of what we can achieve

Finish the job

Our customers hire us for jobs they need done. Every human working on Wavelo should understand those jobs

Ship early, often

Shipping allows us to test our products in the wild. This creates the feedback loop we need to get better, together

Our leadership team

Wavelo is led by some of the top industry minds, driven to solve telecom's toughest problems.
